I ordered an arrangement that looked beautiful online. The product that was delivered was about half of what was represented online. There were half as many flowers in the arrangement. In addition, the flowers and greens were poorly arranged. I would not have purchased it at a grocery store. When I expressed my concerns to the owner, she yelled at me and suggested highly inappropriate solutions, like her driving over to the house of a grieving family and taking away the flowers.
