I am glad to have a full service groomer so close. I know some neighbors also use them.
I went to bring my cat for a basic grooming. My poor cat’s nose was and obviously looked like it had been cut. I called the place to ask what had happened, whether it was an accident. THEY DENIED! saying “cats nose can be sensitive when getting groomed.” What kind of excuse is that? My cat has been groomed plenty of times before with nothing close to this ever happening.
