I got a dip manicure & gel pedicure. The pedicure was great, the gentleman was very nice & thorough when he did the French tips. One of the best pedicures I have ever received. The manicure was typical. The people are very nice, and the salon is clean.
My Mom & I have been here twice. We came back bc the first time they did a good job, and nice facility (hence 3 stars). Went back & unfortunately it was NOT good. They didn’t clean our cuticles for the mani or pedi. SNS is uneven & nails jagged. Pedi didn’t include hot towels either. We had an appointment, but still felt rushed bc they were under staffed.

They were nice, but I was very disappointed with my nails. I’ve worked hard to grow them out. I told the girl I wanted to keep my length. I told her they didn’t grow as well on my right hand & that we had previously used tips on the short ones. She starts buzzing w her little electric file & before I knew it my nails were gone! I could cry! They look ok (even tho the glitter doesn’t match), but they are so short! First & last time.
What a horrible experience, the shop owner used their language to curse my 4 year old daughter, luckily I understood their language and I warned the shop owner not to use my language to badmouth the customer, I also know that in this shop most of the workers are not licensed, I will report this to the stateboard
