Complete Rip off and predatory pricing. $25 for a simple pant hem? Was $16 then $20. They don’t value their customers (long time) and owner is very rude
I was a loyal customer of several years and have never had a problem with their work, but they caused my clothing to be lost and refused to do anything about it. I scheduled a next day pickup with Kim’s and left the clothes with my doorman, and they never came to pick it up. When I called several weeks later to ask whether the dry cleaning was done, they told me that they never came to pick it up and would come now.
