This place is an absolute disgrace to call itself a dry cleaner. I dropped off 8 items, including a high-end Zegna cashmere blazer, and when they delivered it to my building, they casually handed them 7 as if losing a multi-thousand-dollar piece of clothing is normal. The next morning, I called them as soon as they opened. They checked their cameras and confirmed all 8 pieces were dropped off.
