Ok I went to pick up my dry cleaning at 6:55 am. They are suppose to open at 7am. However, it was 7:10 before anyone got there. I took a table runner to get cleaned. It was not iron properly and one of the tassels was off, and they did not offer to fix it. I only found this out because I looked at it before I left. Probably will not go back to this cleaner. It is very hard to find a good cleaners with nice employees.
This place is a joke, a typical low cost cleaner with no customer service. I have been a customer for 2 years, dropping clothes off almost weekly. They destroyed a $500 dollar suit, put holes in the front and back and stained the shirt I dropped off with the suit with black grease. They gave me $100 after arguing with the owner and store manager Josh who has no business managing anything. Pathetic place of business with disgraceful practices.
