Kim left me waiting for her all day. No response to my voice mail or text. This was after she changed my days and time several times. Very unprofessional. All she had to say was I can't clean your house instead of giving me the run around.
Kim is the most detailed cleaner I have ever seen! You would never be disappointed with her work!
Based off of the references this company has she is apparently extremely wonderful with great attention to detail. I have to say I am very disappointed in my experience with this company. I had a walk through and the price was great. She scheduled my first cleaning for Monday June 22. Monday came, I texted her at 8:30 asking what time she would be here.
