Friendly staff and efficient, reliable service. Despite these guys being screwed around by my company in regards to payment, they still did a great job on my vehicle. Recommended.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kim's. I took my CLS in for a misfire issue and a transmission service. My car remained at their workshop for over two months without them identifying the misfire’s root cause. They dismantled the manifold, replaced coil packs, and still couldn’t resolve the issue.
