I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions when choosing this body shop for their vehicle. 1. Insurance Handling / Unexpected Out-of-Pocket Cost My parked vehicle was hit, and the claim went through Progressive. The repair shop quoted approximately $11,000 to replace and paint the front bumper, even though my car’s total value was around $12,000.
