Kims Auto is a complete rip off. I would advise everyone. If u like your car,and u want it back on time,and done right,do not go there. They are careless, don't understand English and the mechanic only wants to order Uber eats and they don't take their job seriously. They only care about money and not our safety. Please Stay away from this place. Or you will definitely need a new car
I'm very disappointed in this shop I took my vehicle to service the transmission they dropped my transmission kept my vehicle 29 days told me it was ready now I have transmission leaks and oil leaks they forgot to tighten my exhaust I won't never take my vehicle there again I wouldn't recommend them they wont answer phone I got to go replace my transmission gasket tighten my exhaust and replaced the rear seal they cost me more moneey
2016 MDX front wheel bearing replacement done with hammers and other shops equipment to perform simple bearing replacement. the mechanic that worked on the vehicle forgot to tighten the brake caliper bracket and one got loose and the other is missing causing it to rotate enough to scar my rims. IF THE LAST BOLT FEL OUT THE WHOLE BRAKE CALIPER WOULD OF JAMED UP MY WHEEL CAUSING MORE ISSUES LIKE BRKEN BRAKE LINES ECT.... My guess is that the mechanic was under the influence or just not mechanically inclined to do simple monkey... read more
This place is disgusting, liars, none professional and not licensed ‼️ Beware it ain’t over. LAW SUIT IN THE MAKING AND THAT GOES FOR WHOEVER ‼️
Very disappointed in this shop. Dishonest shop and I would not recommend anyone to go there after the experience they will not be honest about repair work needed and will tell you things to make money at times from my experience. Get a second opinion on work needed if you go there. And don’t trust them to be honest and charge you for there mistakes and no customer appreciation.
