Tried to charge me for a smog check when my check engine light was on. You can tell a car will not pass smog check absolutely at all 0% if there’s a check engine light, why would he still pretend like he’s gonna try to see if I pass? He knew I was gonna fail, but wanted to charge me that big money. If there was no check engine light, that’s a different story.
