When going to Palm Springs the Rowan is among our preferred places to stay. Although it’s not the usual mid-century bungalow style you might have imagined, it is everything you want in a Palm Springs stay: stylish, modern, and somehow cooler than the actual weather. Every other staff member is very friendly except the man with the long beard and nose ring in the lobby seems to have an attitude toward dogs and is very unpleasant every time we walk through the lobby.

We cannot recommend Kimpton Rowan enough. While this place may not be inexpensive, it is totally worth it. When we checked in, Caesar did his best to accommodate our request for quiet rooms. We had 2 rooms and they both met or exceeded our expectations. But what impressed me the most is not the room but their service. My brother has a disability and by the time we finished our welcome drinks in the lobby, they had already provided the chair I asked for in his room. I really appreciated that. Outstanding service. High touch service that ensures no issues. I was impressed with the facilities, hit up the roof top pool one night. Pickleball courts were in good shape, and the location Relative to downtown was excellent.
