We stopped in at the sky high bar on the rooftop patio on a Friday evening. It was busy but we did get a seat with a view of the mountains. We had a nice time. I can't say that the cocktails are cheap there but the view was good.
I love this beautiful Hotel, so unique & amazing view of everything, bed is very comfortable & pool is very nice and clean.
Pros: Kimpton is great and consistent, service exceptional, happy hour and snacks all day, location is perfect, modern and fun vibe. Cons: $700 a night is definitely a stretch and not worth it. Pool was grimy and dirty. Rooms are not quiet, as there is a gap under the floor of the door and you hear everything. There was also a domestic dispute around 2am yelling and drama you'd expect from a motel.
Great hotel on Palm Canyon Drive with great onsite dining options, fitness center, and terrific rooftop pool with Mountain Views.
