A nice higher-end hotel within easy walking distance of two streetcar stops, the waterfront, lots of restaurants and Caesars casino. Just outside of all the action but very easy to get to the action! Walk to Bourbon Street in 10-15 min. Breakfast at the hotel each day was fabulous. Dinner was just okay. Rooms are on the smaller side and showers could’ve been hotter. We could never get the air conditioning in our room to work correctly - either it was constantly blowing on us in bed and cold or hardly blowing at all and hot. ... read more
Wonderful place, all the staff were so nice. Deaveon helped me get some champagne and sweets in the room before we got there for my wife’s birthday which made her day. The coffee and breakfast were great too.
I stayed here for a work trip and it was incredible! The staff was 10/10, and I mean EVERYONE. Valet, lobby, and the team who covered our company’s event. S/O to Raye, Bill, and Semaj. Excellent location, clean rooms, nice amenities. Would stay again when I’m back in NOLA, for sure!
