Great staff Pricey parking per day
The staff are amazing and so are the rooms! I was upgraded to a King Suite upon arrival. I also received breakfast vouchers for two for each day of my stay. The housekeeping staff take great pride in keeping you comfortable and the front desk staff are always at the ready. Wonderful service all the way around!
Best experience with a hotel thus far. Valet was very friendly, front desk staff was helpful, rooms were clean and if we needed anything or forget something, they didn’t hesitate to provide you with it. The hotel bed was nothing short of comfortable and amazing. The hotel was central to all the attractions I came to visit, so we walked everywhere. This was a great spot in the French Quarter. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Welcomed us on a hot morning with cold water and local beer. Now I'm ready to rock! They upgraded us to a lovely room with perfect view of the river and city. Conveniently located to a lot of the authentic history of NOLA. Great food at the hotel restaurants.
