I don’t leave negative reviews but I was very disappointed in the stay and what followed. Upon arrival the Corner River View King I had reserved was not ready, mind you this was at 8pm and had made the reservations more than 4 hours before. We were placed in a lower end room and charged the same amount. The IHG app shows a price difference, but initially I was fine with taking the loss. You win some you lose some. The minute we walked in, Stormi helped us get checked in, but spent the time answering questions and offering suggestions for local food and more. The King restaurant was amazing and feet from the front door, and the hotels brunch was easily one of the better brunches in the area. There was a mix up, mostly on my end and at check out, the Manager (Adriana) took care of us and explained the miscommunication. So far this hotel has been amazing. Valet is amazing! No worrying about parking and you get your vehicle quickly. The room I have is amazing. Cute desk, plenty of seating and king bed. The bathroom is great. Walk in shower, big mirror and enough space to hang your clothing. Love the big additional mirror in the room. The few is decent. It's surrounded by many tall buildings but the sunset comes through just nice. Noisy a bit with traffic during the day but not bad but night timw does get a bit louder. Great location had a great time with my family really close to everywhere I wanted to go service was great room was great. The only thing that was bad was the weather parking was OK but it’s literally across the street from it so it was pretty easy to park.
