It's a beautiful hotel in a great area. I felt safe but close to everything I wanted to see. The room was very welcoming and comfortable after spending a day exploring the area. The customer service was wonderful as well...everyone was so kind and willing to help if you needed it.

Decent but the plumbing bangs like crazy when you take a shower. We had an alley facing room, so trash trucks and street noise was pretty loud. They didn't want to give us 1/2 hour to hour more to check out without a fee. I get it but they were hosting our conference and knew we ended at noon. The front desk clerk isn't the most helpful. They were holding our bags (since we can't checkout a half hour later), she made us go outside to get the valet to come back in to get the bags that were directly behind her. Beautiful hotel! We stopped in for a drink at the bar, they're known for their amazing cocktails. You could tell that the bartender/mixologist was well seasoned. We were amazing at his work and couldn't look away lol and the drinks.... 🤌
