We arrived and pulled up to unload and met extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. The valet was dismissive because our car had a roof rack and bin that needed a taller clearance and basically told us tough luck and to figure it out. The other person who normally helps with bags was rude & refused to even bring the luggage cart over until I left my Fiance and dog in the car to check in while we scrambled to figure out where we could park.
