I booked the Kimpton Claret for a weekend stay (Sep 5-7) - we flew in from out of town to celebrate my partner’s birthday which I noted in the reservation. Upon check in, we were not given the room we booked. It was a noticeable downgrade from the Corner King - City View we reserved. Most notably it lacked the stand-in shower/soaking tub and pair of corner floor to ceiling windows which drew us to reserve that particular room type. Recently stood at the Kimpton Claret over 4 nights. The service was first class, Demarco at the front desk is superb! Would strongly consider staying here again when in Denver!
Can’t say enough great things about our stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Ana at the front desk for her exceptional service and hospitality. The whole hotel is pristine. Rooms were quiet and the bed/pillows were amazing. Located in a nice area of Denver, within minutes anything you need. We’ve definitely found our spot when we return!
