Some of the properties that they own and are controlled by Debra Williams are managed beyond poorly. I lived there 9 years and paid all my bills in full before I left. However, they are so money hungry they will turn you over to a collection agency to inflict damage on your credit reports. Long after you leave, they will haunt you. I am so much healthier after leaving the mold, insect ridden abode. The place should be condemned by the county, especially in the TownHomes. DO NOT RENT THERE.
