First off, I will say that the plumber who visited my house was professional, courteous, and fast. Thank you, Rob. However, that is where the good experience ends. The overall experience was that Kimmey failed to honor their quote, refused to itemize the bill, refused to work with the warranty company, refused to work with the builder, refused to respond to emails with written communication , and omitted several facts about their pricing structure over the phone.
