Dr. Kimmel is an amazing therapist and a wonderful human being. After seeing several other therapists that did not help me much (they just told me that I would be okay and to go meditate), Dr. Kimmel changed my life by working with me to address the deep causes of my anxiety. Dr. Kimmel told things to me that I needed to hear even though they were painful. This allowed me to have a deep understating of myself which in turn allowed me to address my problems.
