I almost didn't call because I figured it would be a hassle, very glad I did! Responsive, quick, professional, each employee and Robert Silverman were top tier. Received an outstanding settlement offer less less then a week after I first contacted them. Got settlement check about a month later. Flawless!

Kimmel & Silverman were fantastic in the handling of my case! The whole process took about 5 months, which in my mind was absolutely fine, especially since we went in not knowing anything about laws against car manufacturers. They were very professional, very communicative, roughly at least once a month checking in with us letting us know where the case stands and how it's progressing.
