I have used them and referred numerous friends and family all with very successful results. There is no cost and depending on the actual cases, folks walked away with anything from a few thousand to complete refunds. Either the lemon law in the state of TN does not really cover faulty vehicles or this law firm is seriosly lacking. I used them 4 months later recived a 3k check. My car was worth 11500 as trade in and I owed 18300 on it. I had proof of the transmission issues and faulty wiring with videos. Dealer changed entire transmission and wiring but had my car for months because they could not originally find the issue. This was not my fault. We bought a 2014 Honda Crosstour and after a 1-1/2 it started taking on water. The back seat and floor became moldy. My wife has done all the work between Honda and k & s, I'm not sure if it's our representative from the company but it seems to be.
