Very professional. Mr. Silverman was very easy to talk to. He was able to get my car fixed and a settlement that exceeded my expectations in less than three weeks (I had been fighting the manufacturer for 2 1/2 years). My only regret is I did not contact them earlier. The other positive reviews are truly representative of their work.

Extremely helpful, and truly professional. I am beyond grateful.
