Every time I have had a emergency and called they have gone out of their way to make sure I was seen and situation handled and repaired at least by the following day of call. This had happened 2 times, once in dead of winter and other was summer. Thank you so much for your professionalism, competency and values of your company, these are rare these times!
I will recommend KIMMEL to all my friends and family!!! They took the time to explain our issues and they care about their customers.! They went over and beyond and even found another issue we didn’t even realize we had and fix it !! I just can’t say enough about this company . Please anyone needing Heat or AC services give KIMMEL MECHANICAL a call!!!
