Person gives me a quote on the phone and it's totally different when receiving bill? I tried to work with them on the Tank removal. 55% left in tank at 4.67 a gallon .Pump off fee and a recovery is the same thing? Going forward I can't recommend this company. The lady wouldn't give me her name so I could pin point her on this terrible review!

Wanted to cancel my service after 5 years of being with them because of their customer service lack of communication in the offices. Was told it’s 130 per tank to come get and a 1.99 a gallon restock fee. So when said and done I’d have a 890 bill for them to come get tanks in which I paid for the propane and won’t see a dime of. High way robbery at its finest!
