Kim is absolutely amazing! She listens to exactly what you are trying to work on each session and really works that area for you. She does a great job working muscle endurance and flexibility. Highly recommend!
Kim is amazing!! She is passionate about her craft and helping you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Unlike other instructors, she is focused on details and alignment, ensuring you’re not only doing what’s she’s teaching but doing it right. Her classes are the highlight of my week. I only wish I could meet with her more frequently!
Kim is a super star, I was very hesitant about trying pilates since I have many injuries that I have to work around. Kim is absolutely amazing, she doesn't work around my injuries, she concentrates on the them, making my body stronger, dissipating the pain so I can actually get the most out of my workouts and truly enjoy them.
