Today was my first time coming to the Kimistry hair lab, but it will not be my last. Kim was extremely professional, punctual, and personable. I was greeted with a warm smile, inviting atmosphere, and spa like treatment at the shampoo bowl. It was invigorating. I supported this business even when appointments ran hours late, or when I was burned pretty badly under the dryer without a refund, discount, or apology for that incident.
