Very uncomfortable experience. About 2.5 hours into my appointment with stylist Joia Williams — when the style was mostly done — the price was raised because I was told the braids in the back were “smaller.” While price changes were mentioned at some point, this specific increase wasn’t clearly discussed at the start of the appointment, and it felt like an unexpected upcharge in the middle of the service. Kim did my hair and I loved it. She was awesome , polite and sweet. Very professional. Did my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I will definitely be going back again for more services. I highly recommend the stylist.
