I stopped by this Korean restaurant near the bus stop in Flushing on Sunday to pick up three takeout meals. When I got home, I discovered one order—the pork cutlet roll—was missing. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund of $9.50 plus tax, but instead of handling it properly, the staff told me I had to go all the way back to pick up the missing dish. For the most part I enjoyed the meal, it was pretty standard. However, with closer inspection I noticed a hair in my tuna roll that I was trying to enjoy after a long hardworking day. Then I looked at the remaining pieces left and there were 2 more hairs that I found. I am appalled by this discovery and severely disappointed because I was under the impression that this establishment took their hygiene seriously.
