I had the pleasure of getting my had done by Kim at Kimestry natural hair salon. I have natural hair but it’s a very fine texture; I got a steam treatment and a herbal blow out and with what ever magic she worked on my hair it was full with plenty of bounce and body!! If you want healthy gorgeous hair I suggest this place hands down !!!! To top it off I instantly connected with her she is such a down to earth person ; you will love her and her service.!!!!!
Today was my first time ever getting my hair done by Kim Diamond! I got the herbal diamond blowout! I have to say This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon! Upon my arrival I was greeted by this welcoming & high spirited young women! Along with the owner/stylist her clientele were also very polite! Really disappointed. Unprofessional on phone. Stated it wasn't possible to make an appointment online! Wouldn't respond to my texts. Wouldn't return my call after I submitted pictures and agreed to price quote. Went to shop in case there was a misunderstanding. Five cars behind house but no answer after knocking on front and back doors!
Roshanda was supposed to do a certain crochet braid style. I even emailed a pic to her and showed her on the day of service. She messed it up badly! She sent me home with bantu knots that was not dried completely bc she had to work that night. I asked for a refund and was denied. Have to sue to get money back on horrible service
I've been going to Kim Diamond at KIMestry Natural Hair Salon since Sept 2014 and I've had two of her herbal smoothing treatments with the diamond blowouts and hydration treatments throughout the last seven months with colored ombre already in my hair with no breakage. I've been going natural- no chemicals since March 2013 and let me just say since I've been going to her I haven't seen my hair more healthy the thickness alone is so worth it!
