I have been working with Aaron at KIME for a couple months now. My back pain is getting better and my core is getting stronger. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
I looked for doctors and physical therapists that believed bone density can be reversed naturally before I found Jon Guinea at KIME PT at Folsom. I found most doctors and physical therapists do not think this is possible. My 2023 bone density test indicated a 10 % increase on my right total hip so I knew this was possible but I needed targeted exercises for the other test areas that maintained the same score as the last test the year before.
