As soon as I walked into Norris, Megan and Angie gave me plenty of time to check out their store. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, but they explained everything so clearly and took the time to show me the best ways to use the products I was purchasing. It was such a huge relief to have qualified hairdressers helping me in the store. I will definitely be coming back. They even recommended ways to use products I already had at home, which was really helpful.
How wonderful is this business the staff are very friendly and helpful & they have a great range of products .
This store has just changed owners, the staff had no idea what they were talking about so they lied straight to me. Been a customer for over 5 years.. no thank you..
