This company does nothing about the horrible parking lots they own they just raise the rents on the businesses and do nothing else
Please watch your animals around their properties. They’re not animal lovers that’s for sure. Their service, pricing & Cust Svc is terrible anyway & their properties do not look like their pictures.
The parking lot at Great Neck Plaza, managed by Kimco, is a scam. Today, I went to the plaza to do some shopping. After parking my car, I quickly crossed the street to grab something, and within 10 minutes, I returned to find my car had been towed. A man from Countrywide Towing informed me that I had to pay $300 in cash to get my car back. After paying, my car was returned within five minutes, clearly indicating it hadn’t been taken far and that someone was watching and profiting from this setup.
Predatory towing practices!
they are 100% thief. they took $300 snatched away from my pocket for the 20Min. parking my car at the great neck shopping center.
