We absolutely loved having Zach and Matt visit our daycare to do an instal. They were respectful, understanding, and so kind with the children in our care . They took the time to introduce themselves (as they were working in the classroom), bring stickers, toys and timbits for the children so they were less intimidated by strangers in the classroom. Our staff were blown away by their kindness and willingness to show up for the job they were doing but also for the children in our care !! We would absolutely recommend them!

On multiple occasions Kimco has not shown up on time or not shown up at all to a scheduled service call for my client's businesses. When my clients have to close or cancel business operations to accommodate a service schedule, its critical that Kimco should show the level of respect and professionalism required for these circumstances which would include at the very least a phone call advising of any change that was unavoidable. my office was dropping to 10° during our cold snap three out of four rooftop units failed and I had the guys at kimco specifically Austin, big man Texas come out and within a half hour he had all three units figured out. The problem was polite and professional and confident good job thanks kimco.
