On multiple occasions Kimco has not shown up on time or not shown up at all to a scheduled service call for my client's businesses. When my clients have to close or cancel business operations to accommodate a service schedule, its critical that Kimco should show the level of respect and professionalism required for these circumstances which would include at the very least a phone call advising of any change that was unavoidable. my office was dropping to 10° during our cold snap three out of four rooftop units failed and I had the guys at kimco specifically Austin, big man Texas come out and within a half hour he had all three units figured out. The problem was polite and professional and confident good job thanks kimco.
Very Knowledgeable, they are respectful when entering our seniors home. I trust them as well, they have never tried to sell me upgrades I don't need and are great at being here same day when we have a problem!
