Hours of operation is incorrect. Arrive to this place after a show and it was 1130pm on a Friday night. Walked in, doors were open and the signs were lit up, workers were still on site and they told us they’re were closed. A whole 2 hrs prior to hours of operation. So far this place is a no for me.
I tried placing an order through a delivery service and I had questions about their menu so I gave the restaurant a call. They answered and a nice lady picked up the phone. I asked my question. She seemed to not hear what I was saying or maybe didn’t understand what I was asking and said hold on while she went to go get someone. Is this Korean food??? Not a single Korean server. No service at all. No plates and extra bowls. The worst kimchi pancake I have ever had. Not crispy at all and the kimchi is sour. Omelette is OK but not impressive, because they overcooked the eggs and didn’t put Mayo sauce on it. The hotdog is not as good as 明朗時代米熱狗 I will never come back again. Hankki is way better.
The cook was on her phone and cooking while wearing gloves. She never changed them or washed her hands between using her phone and preparing my food. Food handlers certified behavior? No.
