I have been a customer at Spartanburg Kimbrell"s for several years now and have received excellent service and customer representative.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We have bought numerous items from Eddie. He's great. If it's not on the floor, he'll grab the books and find what you want! Wonderful financing department. Great people and beautiful furniture!! A+++ from me!!!!!!!
Poor Quality & Poor Service Bought a kitchen table and chairs. Table top was not finished so they had to order another table. 3 weeks later no table so I went in to speak to manager. He was rude and didn't know anything about the table or wouldn't look to see what was going on with the table. Finally got a call back from the manager and said the replacement table was never ordered. He ordered the table and I got it in a little more than a week later. The service here is terrible !!!!! It goes downhill once they have your money!and business!!! I waited TWO WEEKS for my furniture to even get to the store because they have to ORDER YOUR FURNITURE !!! And then once it got to the store it had to sit there another WEEK before they could even schedule to DELIVER !!!! SUCKS !!!! I will Not recommend anyone do business here unless you are ready to wait forever before you ever get your furniture !
Sat in the store for 2 hours and received NO help minus the nice young lady that was in training. They don't take young looking people seriously. Don't waste your time!
Been waiting on a matress set for 4weeks when they said it would take 2 for the delivery they ordered the wrong matress not once but two times. I will not be doing business here again.

I love this store!!! I was given a chance for credit here when no one else would consider me, except rental stores. The sales person made it fun and the manager went out of her way to thank me for shopping there! 2 thumbs up!! I will be buying alot more with this store
If you're a young family wearing nothing fancy, be prepared to get NO help until you are ready to leave. My fiance spent a good half an hour walking around looking and after nothing really caught our eye (we would have ordered/bought a couple of things if different cover/fabric choices were available) we were fed up and about to walk out and THEN a sales person approached us. Needless to say we will be looking elsewhere.
