I have been a customer at Spartanburg Kimbrell"s for several years now and have received excellent service and customer representative.
Poor Quality & Poor Service Bought a kitchen table and chairs. Table top was not finished so they had to order another table. 3 weeks later no table so I went in to speak to manager. He was rude and didn't know anything about the table or wouldn't look to see what was going on with the table. Finally got a call back from the manager and said the replacement table was never ordered. He ordered the table and I got it in a little more than a week later. By Jon, I found the service and there delivery service to work around my schedule. They were kind enough to bring my second chair on the same day on a separate delivery. I also bought a new lounge chair on sell went back to purchase another one but the sale was over. The manager sold me the other chair at the sales price. I recommend Kimbrell's to anyone.
The service here is terrible !!!!! It goes downhill once they have your money!and business!!! I waited TWO WEEKS for my furniture to even get to the store because they have to ORDER YOUR FURNITURE !!! And then once it got to the store it had to sit there another WEEK before they could even schedule to DELIVER !!!! SUCKS !!!! I will Not recommend anyone do business here unless you are ready to wait forever before you ever get your furniture !
This place is a joke. They acted to polite and nice and promised delivery in a week. After swiping my card and receiving my 1800.00 I was apparently put on the back burner. I suggest spending a little more money and going to Rooms To Go or another reputable furniture store. I am frustrated beyond words.
Sat in the store for 2 hours and received NO help minus the nice young lady that was in training. They don't take young looking people seriously. Don't waste your time!

I was once a regular customer at the Kimbell's in Monroe,NC. It seems to have changed owners. The manger is not very friendly. You should have a positive welcoming attitude toward your customers. The last two times I went to look she had a very ill and unwelcoming attitude. It made me feel uneasy being there. I have had at least 4 accounts there paid off early. I know she doesn't know me only one has been since she was there. So I've taken my business else where. Thank you Badcock for treating me kind like a valued customer.
