Hate everything about this unprofessional lady. Got my hair done at one of her studios years ago and I'm still bitter about the experience. They did everything I specifically asked them not to do and didn't even get an apology. Just Kim standing there like a mute and then walking away.
I cannot say enough great things about this salon and especially my stylist, Damon. Damon is personable, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you sit in his chair. He truly listens to what you want and then brings it to life. His styling abilities are amazing. Every time I leave, my hair looks and feels incredible.
