UNIT NOT AS ADVERTISED I was originally happy with my experience, but issues began 3 days after picking up my camper. The day I picked up my unit I asked Jeff to confirm the 200 watt solar panel was installed. Jeff assured me it was fine. Unfortunately 3 days after I got my unit home I realized the solar panel was not charging my battery. I had a friend climb up and take pictures of my roof to make sure the panel was plugged in. So happy we found Kimble Auto and RV! Jeff and Tom have been amazing to work with. They got us into a beautiful new camper with a slide and kept our budget in mind the whole time. They even came in on a Sunday when they were closed to accommodate our schedule! They went through everything at pick up and made sure we were still happy moving forward! Family owned business! Loved the communication, the camper was perfect just as Jeff described. As 1st time camper owners he showed us how to work our popup and hitch it to our Jeep. Best experience ever!
Jeff and Tom are fantastic and honest people. They are very polite and easy to ask questions to. They are very informative on thier trailers. Thank you Tom and Jeff for making all our dreams work.
