Line opens at 0800 at 0801 all apps gone for the day then get cut off if you ring back straight away what a joke
Horrendous attitude by women on reception.. these are receptionists NOT medical trained doctors, NOT having done many years of training and knowledge! Stop being power hungry and realise you work FOR the patients, your NOT there to have live out some dictatorship tendencies. Legally people do NOT have to describe their condition if they are uncomfortable doing this. QVC to be informed.
Never had any problems dealing with this surgery. I have been with them for 15 years and I have to say the doctors Idukallu, Cullen and Wiseman have been very good to me and I want to thank them. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful.
