Alex talked through the design with me and produced two exquisite pendants that exactly matched what I had requested. The second project involved replacing multiple diamonds in a platinum ring setting Alex ordered stones from different sources and set them beautifully, straightening the setting and polishing it so it actually looks better than when it was new! Beware of False Advertising – Disappointing Experience I recently came across an advertisement from Kimberly’s Jewelers promoting watch cleaning. The ad clearly stated “Don't be late to a meeting or other important engagement because your watch battery gave out. At Kimberly's Jewelers, we can replace batteries and complete watch repair for all makes and models of watches, so you can be where you need to be in plenty of time.
