I don't regularly leave reviews but felt compelled to share my experience with two of the stylists here. It's been a few months since this happened but it's taken that long for the gravity of damage to sink in. My appointment was with a less-experienced stylist but I was assured the owner of the salon would oversee the highlight/lowlight process.
