Saw Dr. Kimberly Townsend-Scott, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made sure to order my lab testings. I would highly recommend. The other negative comments I’ve read seem to not know how virtual care works or how a doctor needs information to prescribe medication. The people who left negative comments probably lack scientific literacy. 5 Stars!
If I could give her zero stars I would. This is the worst doctor I have ever crossed paths with. She refused to give me care, discussed another’s patients chart with me, and sent me home with pamphlets and said theirs nothing she will do for me. She needs her license taken away immediately!!!!!
Like the other comments mentioned, she't not helpful and really lacks empathy. Talking to her made me feel horrible.
Dr. Townsend-Scott (with Dr. ON-DEMAND) was great. Asked a lot of guestions about what I was feeling and my symptoms. She had great bedside (or virtual bedside) manner. Would see her again.
Horrible doctor on Doctor On Demand. Rude, doesn't have any sympathy, and in the end I was charged for a visit that did nothing for me. I was sooo sick with a bacterial infection and instead of providing me antibiotics she said there is nothing I can do for you over the internet. I was deathly ill, live in a remote area 45 min away from the closest doctor and she says go see a doctor. What a joke of a doctor, see her at your own expense, literally!
