Kimberly Stover is the absolute rudest Doctor that I have encountered at Rocky River Emergency Room. She was nonchalant, disengaged, dismissive- even my teenager daughter stated, “well you can tell that she doesn’t like me”…after she rushed through the 3 minutes she shared with us, she walked out the room without uttering a works! Very defensive and unprofessional. Will lie about you in your notes. Will not hear you out and may HURT your ability to recieve correct and adequate further care. Do not see this physician. No empathy at all and will hide behind her nursing staff.
