Very well managed and maintained property. The only issues I have are of two separate issues. One, the exteriors are lit up like a football stadium every single night. It’s totally ridiculous. Way too much light and it’s unnecessary. The light pours into my apartment every night and apparently it’s “for the security of the building”. The exterior is lit up like a football field at night, way too many lights it’s ridiculous, it shines right in thru your windows it’s not acceptable. No need whatsoever for all that light. Recently all of us residents got a letter saying that we all will be charged 120$ flat fee for utilities which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Love living here. I'd Kimberly Square is one of the best in the community in terms of apartment size, amenities, and price for your own 2bed1.5bath apartment. The Amber Square management has been nothing but nice and helpful to me, and I can't say enough good things about the on-sight manager, Sherida.
