Kind professional response to every single question either in the clinic or email.
Probably the worst excuse of a provider/doctor I’ve encountered. Multiple mistakes and excuses without an apology. Should probably reevaluate her career path. The fact that she has patients lives in her hands is frightening.
I am so happy and relieved to have found Kimberly Spencer. She provides excellent care, has great beside manner, and is thorough and attentive throughout your entire visit. She has never once made me feel rushed, or that any health concerns I bring to her are minuscule. She is so easy to talk to, and you can tell that she genuinely cares and listens to you. Feeling comfortable with a provider is HUGE, and Kimberly does just that, she goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease.
