This was one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I’ve had. Dr. Kimberly ordered multiple tests that were not clearly explained, and after the results came back, there was no follow-up whatsoever. I had to initiate contact myself, and even then the response was minimal and dismissive. I have experienced this same medical issue before, and in the past, other doctors prescribed medication that helped me recover within a couple of days. Kim Snyder is awesome! She takes time to listen and also educate patients. She is extremely efficient and has a wonderful bed side manner.
