This is a revision from a previous review: Dr Smith promptly and professionally rectified an unpleasant experience for me. I appreciate the time that she took out of her very busy schedule to make sure I was listened to and cared for. Dr Smith is the only PCP that I’ve trusted since I’ve moved to Hampton Roads. I love my Dr. Kimberly, my primary doctor. I've been with her since I moved down here in 2005. I will not trade her for anybody else. She the best primary doctor I ever had. She takes her time with you. She answers any question you have. If anyone looking for a good primary doctor, she is the one she takes her time with you. Ask you question I asked you. Was you okay? I love her so much but knows I will not treat her for anybody else. Thank you for being my primary doctor. Kimberly
Very polite and helpful. My son and I got our flu shots and Dr. Kim did my physical check in a timely manner.
