Dr. Herrera treated my mother for years. I was not aware until I attended a few appointments. She was so arrogant and dismissive each time I encouraged my mother to change physicians but she was elderly and trusted her to my disappointment. She did not return a call when my mother had tested positive to Covid and ended up in emergency where it was confirmed. We had a lot of trouble getting her to call on any issue. Staff were caring and timely.
I felt the medical exam was efficient without feeling rushed. I hate feeling rushed thorough an appointment so this was much appreciated.
