I didn't feel rushed. Questions answered directly.
If I could give zero stars to this PA, I would. She is extremely dismissive and seems to not care about her patients in the slightest. There is such a shortage of female doctors and it took my mom and I a long time to find someone that was taking new patients. We ended up going with this PA cause we couldn't find a doctor elsewhere. Last time my mom went she had been really struggling with gaining weight despite her constant effort to exercise and eat healthy. Dr Herrera's response was, "Well, yeah that happens. Very efficient and thorough - but im having difficulty getting the exam results
Dr Kimberly Herrera, always listen my concerns and give me the best solutions for it. I love to go with her because she always listen to me and explains everything so well. Also she’s always pay attention to my vitals and what ever looks or sounds different. I totally recommended .
