I saw Dr Hendricks for many years with no problems. However ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT I learned that she had permanently closed her practice and moved out of state!! Who does that without letting their patients know?! So now I have to wait 3 months to see another Rheumatologist, even though I’m due now for labs, refills, and ect.. I can’t believe no one reached out to us. A Dr who cares about their patients wouldn’t do that.
Dr Hendricks moved to Iowa. Her practice did not send any letters, or any information through MyChart. I just drove an hour and a half to an appointment to find that her office is closed.
Dr Hendricks is wonderful. She is very caring and takes time with her patients and she is an advocate for them. Her staff is wonderful too, very friendly and accommodating! Very highly recommended!!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Hendricks since 2012 and have NEVER had a bad experience. Both she and her office staff are very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable.
