They won’t accept me as a patient anymore because I complained about the outrageous charge for a procedure. Unbelievable.
My 4:15 appointment happened at 4:55. I was rushed, still can't get answers. Was a total waste of time and money, and the office calls to harass you about canceling a catscan, but nobody will tell me why I need a cat scan. Good luck if you go here - you're a debit card to them, not a patient with an issue. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I met Dr Russell after having multiple sinus infections with no relief after countless antibiotics and steroids. She was so engaging and kind and explained that I would need surgery to correct the issue with my sinus. She took her time to LISTEN to my concerns and thoroughly explain the next steps. I could not have felt more comfortable and cared for during our appt. I highly recommend her!
