Went in to interview Dr. Russell to replace my previous Dr. who had retired. I was unimpressed to say the least. Most Dr. introduce themselves. She did not. She was extremely impersonal, barely had eye contact with me, and seemed irritated with my questions. She appeared to be more interested in securing costly tests and vaccines, than with my care. It’s a HELL NO for this practitioner!
She is wonderful and replies quickly to questions. She takes lots of time to understand and ask questions. She definitely cares about her patients!
