Dr. Brown seemed generally fine in person but never responded to my two messages on the portal, I never received any contact regarding my test results, I then called the office and they said the doctor received both of my messages on the portal a week prior. The person on the phone said he would ask the doctor to call me. Three weeks has passed and never heard from her or her office. Very disappointing. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I found a new primary care doctor.
Dr. Brown is the Best! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my family of 6!
