Ms. Perry unfortunately wasted 2 weeks of my time, holding on to my information and was not able to get to it within the time she estimated (2 weeks). I would have appreciated if she had just said that she was too busy to take on new customers and I could have got someone else immediately. In my opinion this is poor practice for a professional firm.
